These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application provided by Mindful Balance Tracker developed by Superpol developers ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is a wellness and mindfulness application that provides guided practices including breathing exercises, meditations, yoga sequences, body scans, and journaling prompts. The App features a practice wheel, streak tracking, and progress visualisation. All content is pre-installed and the App functions fully offline.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal wellness and mindfulness practice. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
- Distribute, license, or sell the App or its content
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, text, graphics, and other materials in the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. No Medical Advice
The App provides general wellness and mindfulness content for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or meditation programme, especially if you have a medical condition.
7. No Financial Activity
The App does not involve any real-money transactions, gambling, wagering, or financial activity of any kind. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
