Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 16, 2026

We believe you should always know what information an app is working with, and why. This policy is our commitment to transparency about Mindful Balance Tracker developed by Superpol developers ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"). It covers the App itself and its companion website at daily2291.com. We have written it in plain language so you do not need a law degree to follow along.

You Have Real Control Over Your Data

Because the App is built around a private, on-device practice, most of your information never leaves your phone in the first place. You can still take several actions at any time:

Clear your app data. Open your device's Settings, find Mindful Balance Tracker, and clear its storage. This erases your streak, practice history, saved sessions, reminder preferences, and the anonymous identifier described below. The next time you open the App, everything starts fresh.

Reset or limit your Advertising ID. Open your device's Settings, choose Google → Ads, and either reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised advertising. This breaks any connection between your prior installs and future attribution data.

Turn off daily reminders. Every reminder notification is controlled by a toggle inside the App's Settings screen. You can also revoke notification permission system-wide in your device settings.

Uninstall the App. Removing Mindful Balance Tracker from your device deletes all on-device data associated with it.

What Information the App Handles

This is the complete list. If something is not mentioned here, the App does not touch it.

The App Collects Very Little From Your Device

An anonymous identifier. The first time you open the App, it generates a random identifier that is unique to this installation. It is not your name, your email, or anything tied to your real identity — it just lets us tell one install apart from another for analytics. It is stored on your device and resets when you clear app data or uninstall.

Your device's language and region setting. We read this so the App can display content in the language you already use on your phone. It is not linked to your identity.

Your installation source. We note where your copy of the App came from (for example, the Google Play Store) for attribution purposes.

Your Practice Data Stays on Your Device

Streak, sessions, saved practices, and preferences. The App stores your daily streak, completed sessions, bookmarked practices, sound and haptic settings, and reminder preferences locally using your device's standard app storage. This information is not transmitted to our servers or shared with anyone. You can erase all of it by clearing the App's data or uninstalling.

Daily reminder scheduling. If you enable the Daily Reminder toggle and pick a time, the reminder notification is scheduled and delivered entirely on your device — we do not send it from our servers and do not know when it fires. The App requests the standard Android notification permission so the reminder can appear.

The App Includes a Small Built-in Browser

An in-app browser window. The App uses a built-in browser to display this Privacy Policy and the Support page within the App itself, so you do not have to leave to read them. The built-in browser does not collect anything beyond what is already described in the sections above.

Cookies and local web storage. Like any browser, the built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage while pages are loaded in it. These are set by the websites being viewed, not by the App itself. They follow standard browser expiration and can be cleared by clearing the App's data.

Advertising Attribution Uses a Device Advertising ID

Google Advertising ID. The App reads your device's Google Advertising ID so we can understand how people discover Mindful Balance Tracker — for example, whether an install came from an ad, a referral, or the Play Store directly. You control this identifier in your device's Settings under Google → Ads.

Attribution data. Alongside the Advertising ID, we collect a marketing attribution source (for example, "organic" or the name of an ad network) and the campaign name that led to your install. This helps us understand which marketing channels actually work.

AppsFlyer as our attribution partner. We use AppsFlyer to process the data described above. AppsFlyer receives your Google Advertising ID, attribution source, campaign name, install referrer, anonymous App identifier, and baseline device information (such as IP address, device model, and operating system version) as part of its standard operation. Their practices are described in AppsFlyer's Privacy Policy.

The Support Form Collects Only What You Send Us

Your message. The Support page accessed from within the App lets you send us a note — whether that is a question, a suggestion, or a bug report. When you submit it, you may include your name, your email address, and a description of what is on your mind. We use this information solely to reply to you and, if needed, to resolve the issue you reported.

Optional attachment. The form has an optional attachment field in case you want to include a screenshot, image, PDF, or short document with your message. You can take a photo or video using your device's camera, or choose an existing file through your device's file picker. Nothing is sent until you tap Send. The App itself never opens your camera directly — if you choose to capture a photo or video, that happens in your device's built-in camera app, which manages its own permission independently from Mindful Balance Tracker.

Some Network Traffic May Be Unencrypted

A note on HTTPS. Most of the App's network connections use HTTPS, which encrypts data in transit. A small number of connections related to attribution and analytics may use unencrypted HTTP. We never use unencrypted connections for anything you type into the App, such as a support message.

Why We Collect What We Collect

To run the service. The anonymous identifier and device language let the App work correctly on your device and in your language.

To understand how the App is discovered. The Advertising ID and attribution data help us see which channels bring people to Mindful Balance Tracker so we can invest in the ones that actually reach mindful practitioners.

To help you when you ask for it. Support messages and any attachments are used only to answer your question or fix the issue you reported.

To keep you on track, if you want that. Daily reminders are scheduled locally at the time you choose, purely to nudge you back to your practice.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles from your practice data. We do not use any of this information to target ads inside the App itself — Mindful Balance Tracker has no ads.

Who We Share Data With

AppsFlyer. Receives the advertising and attribution data described above for the sole purpose of attributing installs and measuring campaigns. See their Privacy Policy.

Google Play Services. Provides the Google Advertising ID on Android. Google's handling of this identifier is described in their Privacy Policy and Ads policy.

We do not share data with anyone else, and we do not transfer your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How Your Data Is Protected and Kept

Security in transit. Data sent to our partners travels over encrypted HTTPS, with the limited exception noted above.

How long we keep things. The anonymous App identifier persists on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Cookies and local storage set by websites in the built-in browser follow standard browser expiration and are removed when you clear app data. The Google Advertising ID is managed by Google Play Services and can be reset by you at any time. The AppsFlyer installation identifier is tied to your install and is managed by AppsFlyer. Support messages are retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

Third-Party Links in the App

The built-in browser may load pages that in turn link to external websites. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, and we encourage you to review their own privacy practices before interacting with them.

This App Is Not for Children

Mindful Balance Tracker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us using the email below and we will take steps to delete it.

Your Legal Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to how it is processed. To exercise these rights, write to us at the address below and we will do our best to respond promptly.

When This Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App evolves. When we do, we will change the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of Mindful Balance Tracker after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
